Common issues
I bought Pro but it isn't active
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used at checkout, then open Settings → Manage subscription → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't activate within a minute, email us with your transaction receipt and we'll fix it.
Why doesn't a card or set show up?
New sets sync once a week. After Bandai publishes a set, it usually appears in the app within seven days. If a card is still missing after that, email us with the set code and card number.
The price looks wrong
Prices come from TCGplayer's daily feed via TCGCSV and update once a day in the US. We use the market price for the base printing — alt-arts, parallels, and tournament-prize prints have their own (much higher) prices that we deliberately don't substitute in.
I tapped "Buy on TCGplayer" and the link didn't load
The buy button opens TCGplayer's site in your browser. If you see a "no results" page, the card may be too new to have listings yet. Try again in a day or two, or search TCGplayer directly using the card number.
Sign in with Apple says "no Apple ID configured"
Your device doesn't have an iCloud account signed in at the OS level. Open iOS Settings → Sign in to your iPhone, sign into iCloud, then come back. You can also use email magic-link sign-in if you'd rather not use iCloud.
Push notifications aren't arriving
Open Settings → Notifications in Crew Builder, make sure the toggle is on, and confirm the OS-level notification permission is granted in your phone's system settings. We only send notifications you've opted into (e.g. banlist alerts that affect your saved decks).
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account in the app, or follow the account-deletion instructions. Email us at [email protected] if you'd rather we do it for you.
