These terms govern your use of Crew Builder (the "app"). By using the app, you agree to them.
Eligibility
Crew Builder is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian. By using the app you represent that you are permitted to use it under the laws of your country.
What the app does
Crew Builder recommends One Piece Trading Card Game decks based on public tournament data and the cards you tell us you own. Recommendations are not guarantees of competitive success. The app is for entertainment and learning; tournament outcomes depend on play skill, opponent decks, and matchup variance.
Crew Builder is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Bandai Co., Ltd., Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, or Toei Animation. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. You may use the app anonymously (without signing in) for most features; sign-in adds cloud sync and account-deletion controls.
Your content
You own the decks you build and the collections you mark as owned. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the app for you (e.g. syncing your decks across devices, generating recommendations). You are responsible for the content you add — don't add content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the app's services.
- Don't impersonate someone else or share their account.
- Don't use the app for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
Card data and images
Card names, effect text, and images are the property of Bandai Co., Ltd., Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Inc., and Toei Animation. We display them under fair-use principles for non-commercial educational and informational purposes within a community deck-building tool. Crew Builder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.

Crew Builder Pro — subscriptions
Crew Builder offers an optional paid subscription, "Crew Builder Pro," which unlocks features such as themed deck building, the multi-deck buildable view, the meta browser, the card scanner, larger side-by-side card and tournament comparisons, ownership tracking beyond 4 copies per card, and unlimited saved decks.
Pricing and billing. Crew Builder Pro is $9.99 USD per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as displayed by the App Store). The subscription is auto-renewing: Apple (or Google, on Android) will automatically charge your account for the next billing period 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that point. Prices and benefits may change over time; we will notify you in-app before any change to your plan and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Free trials and intro offers. If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the terms (length, eligibility, post-trial price) are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account is automatically charged the regular subscription price.
How to manage or cancel. iOS / iPadOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Crew Builder Pro → Cancel Subscription. Or open Crew Builder → Settings → Upgrade plan → Manage subscription. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Crew Builder Pro → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; requests for subscriptions purchased through Google are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service. Crew Builder cannot issue refunds directly for App Store or Play Store purchases.
California auto-renewal notice (Business and Professions Code § 17602). The subscription continues until cancelled. The renewal charge is $9.99 USD per month. You can cancel at any time in the App Store or Play Store account settings; cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
Push notifications
You may opt into push notifications in Settings. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android, iOS) and APNs (iOS). You can disable notifications in Settings or in your device's system settings at any time.
Account and termination
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This is irreversible.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonable.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you reside.
