You can delete your Crew Builder account and all associated data at any time. This page describes the available methods, per App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and similar Play Store requirements.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open Crew Builder.
- Tap the Settings cog (top-right on Home).
- Scroll to Account → Delete account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm. The action is irreversible.
Option 2: Email request (if you can't access the app)
Email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account. Include the email and we'll handle it within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, sign-in provider, Apple ID / Google ID).
- Saved decks and per-card ownership data tied to your account.
- Notification preferences and any FCM/APNs push tokens.
- Crash reports linked to your account (if any).
Deleting from inside the app removes your server-side data immediately. Email-based requests are actioned within 7 business days. Full server-side deletion completes within 30 days. Local data on your device is removed immediately on sign-out.
What's retained
- Usage analytics: usage analytics are collected without direct identifiers before you sign in. After you sign in, analytics events are linked to your account identifier; those events are unlinked or deleted as part of account deletion.
- Backups required by law: encrypted backups containing your data for legal-hold purposes are purged within 90 days, then fully deleted.
